One Stage Microtia Reconstruction with Canalplasty (CAM): Case 2

Description

This 5 year old boy lives in Peru. He was born with grade 3 microtia and complete aural atresia. His right ear and ear canal were reconstructed in a single surgical stage (CAM) utilizing a Medpor framework. The photos on the right were taken 6 months postoperatively.
