Star Thomas Surgery

Insurance Specialist, Surgery Coordinator

Star will be your champion in working with your health insurance company to make sure you or your child receives the care he or she needs while keeping your out of pocket expenses to an absolute minimum. She will assist you in booking your child’s surgery. She will keep you informed about the surgical process and can answer questions about the details of surgery. Star can help you with travel, lodging and insurance issues (in or out of network). She has lots of experience and loves making a difference in patient’s lives.

Ashley Wilks

Patient Service Representative

Ashley will be coordinating your child’s consultation and postoperative visits. She is a pleasant person that enjoys making a difference in children’s lives.

Nicole Nease, PA-C

Physician’s Assistant

Nicole is our Physician’s Assistant. She assists Dr. Griffiths during your surgery and also helps him with your postoperative care. Nicole is a delightful person that has lots of experience with children that have Microtia.

Shelly Whiteside, RN

Registered Nurse

Shelly is our amazing Registered Nurse. Shelly is an experienced Nurse that provides excellent support to Dr. Griffiths and his patients.

Elizabeth Bailey, RMA

Registered Medical Assistant

Beth is a Registered Medical Assistant. She is available to coordinate your child’s consultation and postoperative visits. She will be happy to answer your questions regarding the surgical process and details of surgery.
